The Compass Lifetime Warranty

We build luggage to outlast the trip, the year, and the decade. Every Compass set is backed by a Lifetime Warranty — if a component fails under normal use, we repair or replace it, for as long as you own it.

What's covered

  • Cracks or breaks in the polycarbonate shell under normal use
  • Wheel bearings, brakes, and spinner assemblies
  • Telescoping handle mechanisms and grips
  • Zippers, pulls, and seams
  • Latches, locks, and hardware defects

What's not covered

  • Cosmetic wear such as scuffs, scratches, and dents from travel
  • Damage caused by airlines or third-party handlers
  • Loss or theft
  • Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification

Making a claim

Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. Most claims are approved within two business days, and we cover shipping on approved repairs and replacements.
