Refund Policy

We want you to feel completely confident in your pre-order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund before your order ships.

Pre-Order Cancellations

If you cancel before your order has entered the shipping process, you will receive a 100% refund, no questions asked. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Delayed Shipments

If we fail to ship your order by the estimated Q1 2027 delivery date, you are entitled to a full refund upon request.

Deposit Reservations

If you reserved your set with the $250 deposit option, the deposit is fully refundable at any time before your final balance is charged.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your luggage arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

How to Request a Refund
