When will my luggage ship?
The first production run is estimated to ship in Q1 2027. Founding Members are prioritized in the shipping queue and receive SMS and email updates at every production milestone.
Am I charged today?
Only if you choose to pay in full. The $250 deposit option holds your set now, with the $449.99 balance due before production begins. Either way, you are fully refundable until your order ships.
What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
Every Compass set is backed by a Lifetime Warranty against defects in the shell, wheels, handles, and zippers. If a component fails under normal use, we repair or replace it — for life.
What is your refund policy?
Cancel any time before your order ships for a 100% refund, no questions asked. If we miss our estimated ship date, you are entitled to a full refund on request.
Can I order this as a gift?
Yes. Check the gift option on the reservation form to add a recipient name and a personalized note. We keep all pricing off the packing slip.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is currently free within the United States. International shipping is not available yet, but join our list and we will notify you when it opens.
