Welcome to Compass. By accessing our website, placing a pre-order, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

1. Pre-Order Policy

All orders placed on our website are pre-orders for future production. The estimated ship date is Q1 2027. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that this is a future product and that production timelines may shift due to manufacturing, shipping, or customs delays.

2. Pricing and Payment

The Founding Member price for the Compass 3-Piece Set is $699.99. A refundable deposit option of $250 is also available, with the remaining balance of $449.99 due before production begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future retail sales. All payments are processed securely via Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order ships for a full refund. If we fail to ship your order by the estimated ship date (Q1 2027), you may request a full refund. To request a refund, email rollwithcompass@gmail.com.

4. Shipping

Shipping is free within the United States. International shipping is not currently available. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control.

5. Product Variations

Product images and renders are for illustrative purposes. The final product may vary slightly in appearance, packaging, or feature execution. We will notify all pre-order customers of any significant changes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of Compass and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Compass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
